Installation at Future Shop Auto Centres
Future Shop Auto Centres are located in every major city in Quebec. Instead of waiting in a dirty garage or auto glass centre, Guardian clients get a much more pleasant installation (and wait!) experience at Future Shop. And even if a Guardian client does not wish to shop at Future Shop while they wait, other stores, cafés, etc. are always located nearby. They are sure to find something that interests them.
Future Shop technicians are extremely well-trained (the North American car electronics industry's most advanced certification, the MECP, is made available to them). They are very meticulous and produce quality work.
After having taken Guardian's intensive training course and passed its comprehensive exam, Future Shop technicians must also agree and adhere to Guardian's strict 25-article Code of Ethics .
Future Shop standards for courtesy and customer service are extremely high. As a result, the client experience is miles above that in a regular garage!
With or without an appointment, clients can have their product installed in the Future Shop of their choice, any day of the week.

1. The client requests a car insurance quote from their insurer.
2. After the quote is accepted, if the client's risk profile calls for a GUARDIANproduct, their file is immediately transmitted to GUARDIAN Client Care, which will track the transaction from start to completion.
3. The client receives a mailed invitation for a GUARDIANinstallation.
4. The client selects a FUTURE SHOP location from the list included in the invitation and makes an appointment.
5. GUARDIAN Client Care will contact the client if installation does not take place in the given timeframe. Once the installation is complete, they will advise the insurance company that the vehicle is protected.
The client is entitled to considerable savings on certain purchases made during their visit.
